                      2 handfuls spinach

                      cucumber

                      4 ribs celery

                      2 green apples

                      1" / 2.5cm ginger

                      1 tbsp raw natural black chiaseeds

 

Directions:

Peel ginger.

Wash all ingredients.

Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!
