Jicama Salad Smoothie recipe

A new spin on a juice which can help boost your immune system.

 

 

Ingredients (Makes 2 servings)

 

                      1 jicama

                      4 leaves romaine

                      2 handfuls spinach

                      1 small handful tarragon

                      lemon

                      1 tbsp raw black chia seeds

 

Directions:

Peel jicama and lemon.

Wash all ingredients.

Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!
