Green Lemonade Smoothie recipe

Take a refreshing lemonade that is perfect for those summer months up a notch by adding greens!

 

Ingredients (Makes 2 servings)

 

                      1 green apple

                      2 handfuls spinach

                      8 leaves kale (Tuscan cabbage)

                      cucumber

                      2 ribs celery

                      1 lemon

                      1 tbsp natural black chia seeds

 

Directions:

Peel lemon.

Wash all ingredients.

Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!
