The ingredients are simple; its just the basics apple, orange, and large handfuls of spinach (or any leafy greens that you prefer).

 

 

Ingredients (Makes 2 servings)

 

                      1 green apple

                      1 orange

                      3 handfuls spinach

                      1 tbsp natural black chia seeds

 

Directions:

Peel orange.

Wash all ingredients.

Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!
