Ingredients (Makes 2 servings)

 

§                      6 leaves kale (Tuscan cabbage)

§                      5 leaves collard greens

§                      1 cucumber

§                      1 handful parsley

§                      1 apple

§                      1"/ 2.5cm ginger

§                      1 tbsp chia seeds

 

Directions:

Peel ginger.

Wash all ingredients.

Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!
