Cancun - healthy chia smoothie

Get lost on the beaches of your spring break vacation by drinking in the numerous greens in this refreshing drink.

 

 

Ingredients (Makes 2 servings)

 

§                      6 leaves kale (Tuscan cabbage)

§                      1 cucumber

§                      1 lime

§                      1 small handful mint

§                      1 jalapeño

§                      1 tbsp chia seeds

§                      3 ribs celery (optional)

 

Directions:

Peel lime.

Remove seeds from jalapeño.

Wash all ingredients.

Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!!
